Terms for using Wasla
By using Wasla, you agree to these terms. This is a summary; the full agreement is available on request or from inside the dashboard.
Account and use
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and for keeping login credentials confidential for all team members.
- The platform may not be used for activity that violates the laws of Saudi Arabia.
- Permissions are controlled by the account owner through roles. Actions taken by a team member are deemed actions of the business.
Subscription and payment
- Plan prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with prior notice.
- Subscriptions start on the activation date and renew automatically unless cancelled before the period ends.
- Amounts paid are non-refundable except as set out in the full agreement.
Data and compliance
- Data you enter remains yours. Wasla acts as a cloud service provider, not as the owner of your data.
- E-invoices are issued and submitted to the Fatoora platform per ZATCA requirements. You are responsible for the accuracy of your tax details.

Availability and maintenance
We aim to keep the platform continuously available, with scheduled maintenance during low-usage windows. For unplanned outages, our team works to restore service as quickly as possible.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from account settings. After cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted from active systems.
